We selected a Samsung S5 because the test set up is easy to understand. Under the turntable, you will detect a standard GSM tester with a directional antenna. This GSM tester emulates a base station. Our standard applications are wireless IoT devices on GSM, UMTS, LTE or NB-IoT. The turntable is moving in 10-degree steps, the directional antenna is measuring horizontal and vertical and after that, it is turning 10 degrees again.
